By accessing or using the ReconWise platform ("Service") at reconwise.io or app.reconwise.io, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you are using the Service on behalf of a business or organisation, you represent that you have authority to bind that entity to these Terms.
If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not use the Service.
ReconWise provides an AI-powered platform that helps businesses manage Google Business Profile reviews. The Service includes:
To use the Service, you must create an account and provide accurate, complete information. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account. Please notify us immediately at hello@reconwise.io if you become aware of any unauthorized use.
The Service connects to your Google Business Profile using Google OAuth 2.0. By connecting your account, you authorise ReconWise to:
You may disconnect your Google Business Profile from ReconWise at any time from within the platform or via your Google Account settings. Disconnecting will stop review syncing and prevent further publishing of replies.
ReconWise does not store your Google account password. Access is managed exclusively via OAuth tokens, which you can revoke at any time.
ReconWise uses artificial intelligence to generate reply suggestions for customer reviews. Please note:
You agree to use the Service lawfully and responsibly. You must not:
Your use of the Service is subject to our Privacy Policy, which explains how we collect, use, and protect your data, including Google Business Profile data, review content, and OAuth tokens. By using the Service, you agree to the practices described in the Privacy Policy.
ReconWise is offered under subscription plans including Starter, Growth, and Agency tiers. Paid plans are billed in advance. All fees are non-refundable except where required by applicable law. We reserve the right to update pricing with reasonable prior notice to existing subscribers.
We aim to maintain high availability of the Service but do not guarantee uninterrupted access. The Service is provided on an "as available" basis. We may perform maintenance, updates, or modifications that temporarily affect availability. Where possible, we will provide advance notice of planned downtime.
ReconWise is not responsible for any disruption to the Service caused by third parties, including Google's APIs or infrastructure.
The ReconWise platform, including its design, code, branding, and documentation, is owned by ReconWise and protected by intellectual property laws. You retain ownership of your business data and review content. By using the Service, you grant ReconWise a limited licence to process your data solely to provide the Service.
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, ReconWise shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of or inability to use the Service. This includes, without limitation, any losses arising from published review replies, changes to Google's APIs, or data loss.
Our total liability for any claim arising under these Terms shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim.
The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied. We do not warrant that the Service will be error-free, uninterrupted, or that AI-generated content will meet your specific requirements or expectations.
Either party may terminate the agreement at any time. You may close your account by contacting us at hello@reconwise.io. We may suspend or terminate your access if you violate these Terms. Upon termination, your right to use the Service ceases immediately.
We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be communicated by updating the "Last updated" date on this page. Your continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
These Terms are governed by applicable law. Any disputes arising from these Terms shall be resolved through good faith negotiation. If unresolved, disputes may be referred to the courts of competent jurisdiction.
